bearing one another’s pain

The Lord has told you what is good. He has told you what he wants from you: Do what is right to other people. Love being kind to others. And live humbly, trusting your God. (Micah 6:8 ICB, Bible)

God is watching over us

This is a picture Aradhya drew as part of her time with God in the morning. God is the larger figure and we are the little colorful people. Her verbal description was “God is watching over us”. Children are spiritual beings indeed. You probably have heard it often. They just need the time and theContinue reading “God is watching over us”

God and us all together in Aradhya’s dream

This is a picture of our family Uday Balasundaram, Nadira, Aradhya and I together in heaven with God. Happy birthday Jesus

Here is Aradhya’s birthday picture of Jesus. She was 3 years old when she drew this picture. The tiny little head with 2 eyes and 2 legs is baby Jesus. You can also see Mary, Joseph and some shepherds.

Shepherds and the sheep

At the age of 4 Nadira drew a series of pictures depicting the birth of Jesus. This was a Selah moment, an art response to the story of the Shepherds watching over the sheep when the birth of Jesus was announced to them. The yellow skies represents the glow from the presence of the angels.

This piece shows a person with outstretched arms looking at the mountains and crying out… ‘where does my help come from”… then the psalmist reassures himself as I did myself…my help comes from the GodContinue reading “to the Source”

It works the same with discipleship. Discipleship is the result of your experience and relationship with God. So allow yourself theContinue reading “Faithing…starts with you!”
