God is watching over us

This is a picture Aradhya drew as part of her time with God in the morning. God is the larger figure and we are the little colorful people. Her verbal description was “God is watching over us”. Happy birthday Jesus

Here is Aradhya’s birthday picture of Jesus. She was 3 years old when she drew this picture. The tiny little head with 2 eyes and 2 legs is baby Jesus. You can also see Mary, Joseph and some shepherds.

Shepherds and the sheep

At the age of 4 Nadira drew a series of pictures depicting the birth of Jesus. This was a Selah moment, an art response to the story of the Shepherds watching over the sheep when the birth of Jesus was announced to them. The yellow skies represents the glow from the presence of the angels.
